Leo Taylor, PhD

Dr. Leo Taylor is a dynamic diversity, equity, and inclusion educator and consultant, queer, neurodivergent transman, and artist. Through his business, Imagine DEI LLC, he offers tailored workshops and keynote addresses on a wide range of DEI topics, and helps organizations and individuals solve complex identity-based challenges.

With 20 years of experience, Dr. Leo has delivered hundreds of workshops and keynotes that resonate with audiences of all ages. He approaches his work with humility, transparency, and a generous dose of humor. His captivating stories—reflecting his extraordinary journey from being perceived as a straight girl to a lesbian, then a straight man, and finally a queer man foster greater understanding of a still-misunderstood and targeted community.

Dr. Leo holds a B.S. and M.S. from Ball State University, and a Ph.D. from Cornell University. Originally from Muncie, IN, he now resides in Clintonville, OH with his dog, Roxy, and cat, Friend. 

In November 2024 he proudly celebrated his 25th tranniversary (transition anniversary).
